The PRINCEPS Risk Intelligence Institute is seeking a motivated and analytically minded individual to join our content and research team as a Junior Contributor. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals to gain experience in policy-oriented writing, enhance their analytical skills, and contribute to public discourse on pressing issues in the field of risk intelligence, with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

About the Role

As a Junior Contributor, you will be responsible for researching and writing short-to-medium length articles (approximately 1,000 words) on topics that are timely, relevant, and strategically important for our audience. You will be encouraged to propose your own topics within the broader scope of political risk, regulatory change, disinformation, ESG trends, hybrid threats, or geopolitical developments affecting the CEE region. On average, you will be expected to deliver three to four articles over a six-month period.

This role is designed to be developmental and collaborative. You will receive support and guidance from our editorial and research teams throughout the entire process—from selecting a topic to drafting and editing your piece. We are committed to helping you strengthen your writing, critical thinking, and research communication skills.

Your final work will be published on the PRINCEPS website and promoted via our official LinkedIn channel, providing you with visibility and the opportunity to build a portfolio of published writing in a dynamic and highly relevant domain.
